The AACSB-accredited Haile College of Business serves over 3,000 of NKU's 15,000 students with a full complement of traditional degree programs, plus several nationally recognized centers and specialized programs. The college offers a B.S.B.A. in Human Resource Management aligned with and recognized by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). In 2021 the program was recognized as one of the top ten undergraduate HR programs in America by Study.com. The college also offers an HR track in the MBA program.
