Job Description The Department of Civil Engineering & Engineering Mechanics in the Fu Foundation School of Engineering & Applied Science has an immediate opening for an Associate Research Scientist to work with Associate Professor Shiho Kawashima. The successful candidate will conduct leading-edge research in cement-based materials and applications with the following responsibilities: Conduct materials characterization (XRD, TGA, SEM) and rheological characterization on cement-  based materials; Conduct mechanical and durability testing on cement-based materials; Perform data analysis and reporting.
