Summary Join Lincoln Memorial University–College of Veterinary Medicine at Orange Park (LMU-OPCVM) as the Director of Operations. This leadership role provides strategic oversight of daily operations, facilities, and infrastructure across a multi-site veterinary medicine network. The Director ensures efficient resource management, compliance with accreditation standards, and alignment with the College’s mission to educate future veterinarians while serving the people of Appalachia and beyond.
Structure & Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of daily operations and infrastructure at LMU-OPCVM.Manage facilities, resources, and processes across a multi-site network.

Serve as the primary liaison with University entities to support OPCVM facilities and operations.

Support long-range planning and ensure compliance with institutional and accreditation requirements.

Advance operational systems and initiatives that promote efficiency, effectiveness, and mission alignment.
Candidate Profile Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Higher Education, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in operations, facilities, or project management.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in higher education, medical, or veterinary education environments.

Familiarity with accreditation processes and compliance reporting.

Demonstrated success managing operations across multiple sites or distributed locations.
