Summary:
Remote position, 32 hours per week
· Maintain the admissions database (Slate) and maximize its capabilities.
· Oversee yearly cycle prep, training requests, queries, reports, form requests, and operational efficiencies associated with the Slate CRM.
· Develop systems and processes that support the vision and initiatives of the Admissions Department.
· Maintain current and historical enrollment data and information.
· Run ad-hoc reports and perform data queries, as requested.
· Build/maintain scheduled and ad hoc communications campaigns (email/SMS)
· Provide support for Slate based Student Success and Registrar processes as needed (Faculty Advising, Satisfactory Academic Progress, Course Participation Surveys, Transfer Credit Requests, Partnership and Course Only Registration)
· Perform regular systems audits to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
· Build and test imports and integrations. Identify and resolve data integrity issues.
· Identify and resolve issues/tickets.
· Develop dashboards and reports.
· Prepare, and keep up-to-date, operational manuals for end-users and technical documentation.
· Attend training sessions and remain knowledgeable of new features available in the Slate community.
· Collaborate with the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Registrar, Director of Financial Aid and Director of Institutional Research.
· Provide user management tools to help the Admissions Director ensure that Slate users are completing assigned tasks and properly logging interactions in Slate.
· Train admission staff members and Slate users on operational processes.
· Maintain a Slate User’s Manual for best practices.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Slate administrator for admissions.
• Experience with data analysis and database management.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to critically evaluate information and adhere to business rules.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to adapt to ever-changing tasks and duties.
